Crosswalk Installation at Lander and Campbell

Caltrans will begin installing a new HAWK system at the intersection of Lander Avenue and Campbell Street on Monday, September 18th. Work will start at 5am but they will break from 7am to 8:30am to account for morning school traffic, then continue until 2pm.

Work will start with the removal of the current lighting-only crosswalk as well as some sidewalk in the construction area. It is expected that this project will take approximately 40 working days to complete.
